I’ve lost my card, how do I get a replacement card?

I’ve just got married and changed my name, how do I get the name on my EUSR Card changed?

My EUSR registration expires soon, how can I renew it?

Use our schemes search to find the scheme and any specific renewal details or ask your employer.

How do I find someone who delivers training for the scheme I am interested in taking?

How do I view my registration on-line?

The online EUSR register is available 24/7 and can be viewed through our Register Search. For more information see View my Registration.

How do I view my expired registrations?

To view historic registration information, you will need to visit the Authorised User section of our website. If you are not already, you will need to be set up to use the Authorised User section of our website – contact us for help on setting you up.

I can’t log onto the Authorised User Section of the website, how do I get access?

If you don’t remember your password, then click ‘Forgot Password’. However, this will only work if you included your email address on the EUSR registration application form. If we don’t hold your email address we won’t be able to send you your new password. If this is the case, then call the EUSR Support team on 0845 077 99 22 who will be able to help. They will need information from you to help prove your identify before they can give you access.

I have a query on my Gas safe registration, who do I speak to?

Unfortunately we cannot help you with any queries relating to your Gas safe registration. You must visit Gas Safe Register or telephone 0800 408 5577.

How long will it take for my card to be sent to me once I have completed the training?

It can take up to 30 working days for our cards to be issued.

How can I find out what you use my personal data for?

What do I do if I suspect someone is using someone else’s card, or a stolen one?

Call or email us at with as much detail as possible. Alternatively, contact the police directly.

I’m not happy with the training I received, who can I tell?
