Update Personal Details
You can update a change in name, email address, employer name, or date of birth. There is no charge for updating personal information and we will retain the update form in accordance with our privacy notice.
Note: we will not issue a replacement EUSR ID card; if you require a new card, please follow our process for a Replacement Card (click here).
You can view your current details held in EUSR using the ‘Register Search’ on our website.
Employer or email address
If you would like to update the email address and employer name we hold on your EUSR registration, please download and complete this form and return to us by email or post:

Name or Date of Birth
If you would like to update the name or date of birth we hold on your EUSR registration, please download and complete this form and return to us by email or post:

For a name or date of birth change, you will also need to supply us with supporting evidence such as copies of:
- Name change – marriage certificate, Deed Poll
- Date of Birth change – birth certificate, driving licence or passport
