What are Endorsed Training Programmes?
EUSR’s Endorsed Training Programme service recognises your commitment to quality and gives you freedom to develop training courses that meet your own needs as well as the specific needs of your customers. Being endorsed by EUSR gives recognition that you have a high-quality training programme.
Your training programme must map to standards, whether recognised industry standards or ones you have created yourself – with or without an employer – and we will review these as part of our endorsement process as well as your training delivery and support materials, assessments, and internal quality assurance processes.
Registration on EUSR
Individuals who successfully complete an endorsed training programme gain an EUSR registration for the programme, usually valid for one, three or five years.
Feedback from employers tells us this is a huge benefit – for them and individuals – at a time where there is a lot of movement within the workforce between contracts and sites. EUSR’s accurate and verified record of training and skills reduced duplication of training and also supports and enhances the recruitment process.

Getting your training programme endorsed
The first step is to read our ‘Guide to Endorsed Training Programmes‘. The second step is to complete a Self-Assessment Report and submit to us with all the required evidence.
It’s quick and easy and our Quality Assurance team are on hand to support you every step of the way:
- Contact us for a Self-Assessment Report (SAR), complete and submit to us by email along with all the required evidence. Please email eusr@euskills.co.uk to make a request from the EUSR team
- As part of this process you must submit a mapping of your training programme learning outcomes to the appropriate standards
- We review and come back to you with any questions or requests for additional information
- We may arrange a visit with you
- We confirm endorsement
When your training programme is endorsed by us, you can use our logo in your promotional material.
