The Scottish Water DOMS Card

There are currently three types of card in issue for registration on the Energy & Utility Skills Register (EUSR).

• EUSR/ Utility card
• National Water Hygiene (blue) card
• Scottish Water DOMS card

Please see the dedicated pages for details of the EUSR/ Utility card or the National Water Hygiene (blue) card.

It is recommended that details of currently valid endorsements are verified using the register search on the right hand side of this website by entering the individuals surname and the card number as cards are not recalled when registrations are updated.

An EUSR/ SW DOMS card is NOT an identity card and does not entitle a card holder to enter premises.

The front of the EUSR/ SW DOMS card:

• Forename and surname
• Photograph of card holder
• EUSR number (ID number)

The reverse of the EUSR/ SW DOMS card:

• DOMS module registrations held (at date of card issue)
• DOMS module registration expiry dates (at date of card issue)

Please note that in order to recieve a DOMS card an individual must also hold a valid National Water Hygiene card at time of card issue.

The following shows the previous designs of SW DOMS cards that have been produced. Where the registrations shown on the reverse are valid these cards should continue to be accepted as normal.
