The EUSR Card

There are currently three types of card in issue for registration on the Energy & Utility Skills Register (EUSR).

Please see the dedicated pages for details of the National Water Hygiene (blue) card or the Scottish Water DOMS card.

It is recommended that details of currently valid endorsements are verified using the register search on the right hand side of this website as cards are not recalled when registrations are updated.

As of January 2009 the EUSR card design has changed. Old design cards with unexpired endorsements are still valid and should be accepted as normal.

An EUSR card is NOT an identity card and does not entitle a card holder to enter premises.

  • Forename and surname
  • Photograph of card holder
  • EUSR number (ID number)

 

 

 

 

New design EUSR cards carry the CSCS (Construction Skills Certification) hologram and a coloured stripe if the cardholder is registered for a scheme that is CSCS affiliated. Details about which schemes are affiliated can be found on our CSCS affiliation page or in the attached CSCS factsheet
