Leakage Detection & Control (Water)
Application Process
Registration for Leakage Detection & Control (Water) onto the Energy & Utility Skills Register (EUSR) is dependent upon successful completion of the relevant Scottish/ National Vocational Qualification (S/NVQ) or recognised learning programme. In order to be registered the registration form must be completed for the appropriate categories and sent to Energy & Utility Skills (EU Skills) with copies of the completion certificates.
Evidence requirements
To add a full Leakage Detection & Control (Water) endorsement to an EUSR card we require the following:
- Copies of the appropriate CABWI certificates, or completion certificate for the recognised learning programme - do not send originals.
To add a provisional Leakage Detection & Control (Water) endorsement to an EUSR card we require the following:
- Registration number for completing the NVQ from CABWI, or proof of registration onto a recognised learning programme and ID number of that programme.
All applications require the following:
- The 1 page registration form to be completed with the appropriate endorsement selected.
- Valid registration for National Water Hygiene and Utility SHEA (Water)
- A copy of the applicants NRSWA card showing module 2.
- A registration batch form stating invoice and delivery addresses.
- A company purchase order or cheque (made payable to "Energy & Utility Skills") for the appropriate amount. Please remember to include VAT at the current rate. Guidance on fees and methods of payment can be found on our payment administration page
