All registrants for Network Construction Operations (Water) (NCO(W)) at any level must hold a valid registration for the following:

• National Water Hygiene
• Utility SHEA (Water) or Water Network Safety Passport (WNSP)

The evidence requirements for each type of applicant are detailed in the attached files.

• New applicants
• Experienced workers holding a Public Utilities Distribution Water (PUD) qualification

Mainslayers, servicelayers and supervisors are expected to also hold NRSWA (New Roads & Street Works) cards at the appropriate levels.

In order for candidates to be registered and issued with a Network Construction Operations (Water) card the completed application forms must be sent to EU Skills with all appropriate evidence clearly attached to the relevant registration form.

Payment and photographs must be included as detailed in the administration guidelines.
