Booking Conditions

  • Booking forms should not be completed before reading the Booking Conditions
  • Delegates will not be enrolled onto courses without a completed Booking Form
  • Booking forms will not be accepted without full delegate details
  • Delegate nominations are not accepted with less than 10 working days notice
  • Name changes will not be allowed without a minimum of 10 working days notice is given.
  • Cancellations with less than ten working days notice will be charged at full rate.
  • Late arrivals on the course may be turned away; this is at the facilitators discretion. If late arrivals are turned away, then the course fee will still apply.
  • Substituted delegates attending a course not meeting these requirements will be refused training - without refund.
  • Please ensure that the signatory section is completed prior to submission of the form. The person signing or emailing the booking form must have sufficient authority within the company to authorise payment and declare Health and Safety pre-requisite compliance for the delegates listed.
  • It is the responsibility of the employer to brief their staff fully on the requirements of the training and assessment process. They should also be aware of any dress codes and domestic arrangements as described in the guidance notes
  • Where there is a requirement to provide evidence of compliance, as described in the guidance notes, employers need to ensure that delegates have the evidence available on the day of training.
  • Payment is required in advance of the training; see the guidance notes and booking forms for further information on how to pay.
  • Invoices will always be raised against the information provided on the booking form, payment will not be accepted via a third party
  • Dates are available via the EUSR website www.eusr.co.uk , places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Where the requested date is not available National Grid will offer the nearest date available at the required location
  • By submitting a booking form the originator is declaring that the delegates meet all of the necessary pre-requisites as described in the guidance notes. Where it is found that delegates do not meet the pre-requisites they will be refused training.
  • Appointments will not be valid on the EUSR Website until supported by a current BESC registration is submitted and processed
  • A cover note will be issued for 30 days, delegates need to successfully complete a BESC Assessment within 5 working days of the first day of working on a National Grid Site.
  • Registrations will only be held on the EUSR website for six months awaiting BESC registration, after that time delegates will need to re-sit the course
  • If delegates fail to complete BESC within six months they will need to re-sit any their National Grid training and assessment
