Confined Spaces (Water)
Application Process
Registration for confined spaces onto the Energy & Utility Skills Register (EUSR) is dependent upon successful completion of the relevant National Vocational Qualification (NVQ). Details of the relevant NVQs can be found on the accredited qualifications page. In order to be registered the registration form must be completed for the appropriate categories and sent to Energy & Utility Skills (EU Skills) with copies of the City & Guilds certificates.
Evidence requirements
To add a confined spaces endorsement to an EUSR card we require the following:
- The 1 page registration form to be completed with the appropriate endorsements selected.
- Copies of the appropriate City & Guilds Confined Spaces certificates - do not send originals.
- A registration batch form stating invoice and delivery addresses.
- A company purchase order or cheque (made payable to "Energy & Utility Skills") for the appropriate amount. Please remember to include VAT at the current rate. Guidance on fees and methods of payment can be found on our payment administration page

Process
This should all be sent to our offices at the address below. We operate to a 28 day standard of service from when we receive the applications in the post.
