Standards of Services
Energy & Utility Skills Ltd is committed to meeting the following
Standards of Service at all times.
1. Registration cards for applications input remotely,
via this website, will be posted out up to , but not longer than,
14 calendar days after input.
2. Registration cards for applications sent via
the postal system, for input by the EUSR support team, will be posted
out up to, but not longer than, 28 calendar days after receipt.
The Energy & Utility Skills Register (EUSR) Standards of Service
begin from the day that the application and complete set of information
and evidence required for the relevant scheme are received at the
offices of Energy & Utility Skills in Solihull.
There is a Scheme handbook for each registration scheme, this contains
the application form and details of the information and evidence
